We have had students ask if there is anywhere in the library to get software help for Excell, Word etc.
You can show them on the Library Home Page click on Databases & Collections then choose Atomic Learning. They have over 250 tutorials on most software applications.
They will have to log in with their net ID to access so I can do a Hyperlink to the Atomic Learning main page.

Do we have Windows 7 installations for student PCs?
I am not sure, but I would send them down to the IT staff at the LC Desk for an answer. If we do they will have all of the details.
What computers have the SPFS program on them? How could we tell? - D.O.
https://www.umass.edu/it/classrooms/software has a list of all IT computer on campus and what software they have. you can also search by the software name.
