RESERVING STUDY SPACE AT THE LIBRARIES


The glass study rooms in the Learning Commons are now booked by reservation. There are also study rooms available at the Science and Engineering Library (SEL). You can send patrons to the LC desk for further information but you should also know about it.

Room booking information!!!

If someone needs information on how to book a room for EVENTS or publicity, check the link on the left titled Event and Publicity Applications. When you click on it, the application will come up and you can print it or you can give the patron the website so they can fill it out on the Library page.

I created a spreadsheet titled "Room Booking Information" it has information about who can book a room, how people book a room, and where people get the key. There is a copy under the phone.

Is there a way to see scheduled classes in the library like in the Calipari room or computer labs? -Dan

To check rooms that the Library books (Calipari Room,  1620, 2601) have a supervisor check "LibWire"

To check rooms that are booked through IT just look at the classroom schedule posted in the lobby and you will see what classrooms are booked for what courses that day.
