Where are more (fill in the blank) handouts?

The bulk of the handouts/brochures/cards/free stuff that the library has are kept back in the offices on the Lower Level or on the 4th Floor.  If we ever run out of anything at the desk, just let a supervisor know and they can get them for you.

Info Desk Handouts

Last week someone came in and asked if they could take multiple copies (like 50 copies) of the handouts at the desk for a class they are teaching. Below is a list of the items we have and the general rule.

Pink Sheet, Directory, Call Number Bookmark, LC Call Number Bookmark, Hours, Library Business Cards, basically anything put out by the Library is fine for people to take.

Pens and Pencils are fine but if we have this happen too often we may change our policy.

5-College Campus Maps are fine just print more if we get low.

For non Library Services like Learning Resource Center they should contact the service themselves for handouts.

For Bus Schedules they should contact this number 413-545-0056 for information on how to get them.

Please email me if handing out items causes us to run low on anything that you can't print out yourself!
