Copier Refund Information

If a patron wants a refund from using one of the copiers they need to ask for the form at either the Building Operation Desk or at the Learning Commons and Technical Support Desk.  Then the patron will need to bring the form to the Library Office.  The refund will not be immediate as it needs to be reviewed first by Terry Warner.

The Science and Engineering Library also has copiers.

If anyone has a problem with them (they are malfunctioning, need paper, toner etc...) let the supervisors know. If you have any questions please let me know.

UPDATE!

All the photocopiers in the building ONLY take UCard or Guest Cards! They no longer accept change and small bills.

Do any of the copiers/printers take cash instead of UCard?

ALL of the copiers and printers in the building ONLY take UCard.

Can you photocopy if you are a student from one of the other four colleges?

Anyone can photocopy! All of the copiers work off of a UCard or Guest UCard. Anyone without a UCard can purchase one from the UCard machine located in the Learning Commons.

Where is there a copier that has 11" x 17" paper?

Send the patron to the LC Desk. They can help them down there.

Do the 100 free prints include the copy machines? If so, what about color copies?

No! The 100 free prints only work for printing, photocopying is not included.

Is there a copy machine that collates?

The machines in the Learning Commons can collate. Send a patron down to the LC and Technical Support Desk for help.
