Why is the 23rd floor the floor we send everyone for the best view, why not higher?

We send them to the 23rd Floor because that is the highest floor you can go to and still see out all the windows.

Where is the best place to send a family to look around? Note: Possible future student at UMass. -D.J.

I tell them to check out the Learning Commons downstairs, I also tell them the best view of campus is on 23rd floor and they can see all 360 degrees of campus.

Is the observatory on the 23rd Floor still open?

We do not have an observatory in this building. We do tell people for the best view of campus to go to the 23rd Floor. The reason for this is because you can see out every window on the 23rd Floor and get to see 360 degrees of the campus and surrounding area. The 23rd Floor is just a regular floor that is open any time that the building is open.
