Is the Interlibrary Loan the same as the Circulation Desk? If someone wants the # for ILL, should I give them the # to Circulation?

The Interlibrary Loan Office is different then the Circulation Office. The Interlibrary Loan Office is located downstairs and handles all of the book requests for books we or the other 4 Colleges do not have. People make their request for books or articles online. They can pick up ILL materials that come in for them at the LC Desk (which could be what makes it confusing.) They can return the items to either the book return or the LC Desk. So if someone wants the number to Interlibrary Loan or ILL as it is sometimes called, give them the number to ILL. I hope this helps!
