What stairs go up to the 26th Floor?

There are three sets of stairs in the building (not counting the two that go from E to the LC.) There is the east and west stairwells that go all the way from the basement to the 26th Floor. They can be found across from the fire exit doors on the west and east side of the building. There is also what is referred to as the monument stairs, these only go from E to Floor 5.
