At this time the software used in the online parking validation has not been working correctly and people haven't been receiving their validated hour and have been getting charged for it. If anyone comes to the desk asking to get parking validated please let them know "we will be validating parking once the online validation program is usable, but at this time we are not validating parking unfortunately, sorry for any inconvenience."
