Someone recently complained that when she asked at different service points about how long Bound Periodicals went out she was told different information. This is a reminder that Bound Periodicals do circulate for 24 hours to ONLY UMass affiliated patrons.
Just a reminder that there is a borrowing chart under the phone at the desk. Don't guess! If you are unsure when someone asks you how long they have with a particular type of material it is your job to check and to find out their status as a patron.
