I contacted Parking Services and asked them about the loading zone question. They can park there ONLY if they are parking for 15 minutes or less. This includes weekends and holidays. They also need to have their flashers on while they are in the spot.
If they want to park for a longer period than that they should park in a spot in a parking lot. This can be done any day during the week after 5pm and on weekends. They need to make sure it is not a 24/7 lot though.
