Someone was looking for a bus to the Eastfield Mall. She was upset that I did not know how to get there. Are we supposed to know all the buses?

Basically we have bus schedules for people to take and use. It is not our responsibility to read and show people how to use them. We have them as a courtesy but it is the patrons responsibility to look through them and figure them out. If you have experience with the buses and schedules you can help people with the ones we have. We get those schedules from the campus PVTA office but we are not PVTA. If there is a schedule that we don't have the patron can go to the PVTA website here at http://www.pvta.com/index.php and look for themselves. (I did go look and found the Eastfield Mall bus schedule but I would not have a clue to figure out how to get a bus that would connect to that route.)
