It would be on the 25th Floor. You have to be careful because sometimes the way people ask for rooms can be confusing. However if someone asked for room 1244 that does not exist. None of the stack floors have rooms on them.
If you look at the Floor Maps on the Training/Manual Blog you can see if the room exists.
