It is amazing how fast the time goes by...it is now the end of another school year! I want to thank all of you for your hard work and dedication to the Info Desk. You guys truly make me look good and I could not do it without you. It has been great spending another year with all of you.
Now to the goodbyes... :(
Dan - I remember hiring Dan upstairs in the 4th floor lobby. He could do the few hours that I had left and I decided to hire him on the spot. I am glad I did. It has been a pleasure working with Dan. He has a great positive attitude and always has a smile on his face. He can always make me laugh. He also pulled the first ever April Fool's joke on me. Kudos!
Jackie - Jackie came in the day the elevator broke during the summer. There was something about her that made me think she would be great for the job...and she was. Her outgoing nature and desire to help people really shines. Lorraine has told me (more than once) that Jackie could tell someone that their car got towed and they would be fine hearing it from her because of her smiley nature.
Jena - I remember the day that Patterson came over to me to ask if I had any openings. There had been a communication error at the BO Desk and Jena had no hours. I did have hours and she came highly recommended so I decided to hire her. Jena was a great addition to the team. Jena has a good attitude and I really enjoy working with her. I have enjoyed our chats.
It has been awesome getting to know all of you and being part of your college experience. I wish the three graduating seniors all the luck in the world! I hope you get all the success that you deserve in life!! I will miss you!!!
