When I looked at the statistics from 2009 (the latest we had) we held 3,317,817 bound volumes, 1,412,883 total Media, 2,587,145 total Microforms, 99,486 total Maps, 336,364 total E-Books, 419 websites, 94,745 serials, for a grand total of 7,848,589 items. More than 7 Million Items!
*UPDATE* As of Summer 2017, the total number of volumes is over 5 Million and the total number of items held by the University Libraries is over 9 Million.
