Where is there free parking on weekends near the Library?

Basically anyone can park in any of the parking lots on campus over the weekend for free. People just want to make sure that the lots are not 24-Hour lots where you have to have a permit to park there 24/7. The Parking Garage is NOT free on the weekends.
