Are the microforms located on the Lower Level?

The Microforms retrieval and viewing is on the Lower Level. But before patrons go to the LC Desk they need to request the Microform they need. When they are in the catalog looking at a Microform there will be a "Request Microform" option. (It is located on the line that starts with "Location".) They need to click on this and then fill out the form that pops up. They will be notified when the item has been retrieved. Then they can go to the LC Desk to get the film. They can view, save, and print in the Microform Room downstairs.  The Learning Commons Desk can help with technical questions patrons may have.
