Where is the loading dock? Is that where you can drop off packages to be picked up by DHL?

The Loading Dock is located behind South College. This is where deliveries for the Library happen. If someone needs to pick something up or drop something off this is where they should do it. Especially if the delivery person needs a signature they must have mail room personnel do that. There is a video phone located at the Loading Dock for the delivery person to reach someone who can let them into the building.
 
*Exceptions are food deliveries for parties and functions being held in the Library. They can be let in by students but you should let the supervisor know to figure out where they need to go or set up. For flower deliveries you can send the person to where the person is located by using the "List of staff and where they are located" in the Info Desk Book.
