How can I find if textbooks are in the Library if the patron only has the class # and name? Would the Circ/Reserves be able to help them?

Without the names of the books you can't search our general catalog so there is no way of knowing if we have the books in our general collection. On the library web site you can search Reserves by class number or professors name. If you don't find it you can send them to the LC desk for extra help.
