What should I do if a patron went to Goodell and there was no one there or more specifically closed?

Many academic buildings on campus get locked and can even be closed on weekends. So it may just be that this building is closed. If they were supposed to attend something in the locked building I would suggest they try to call the group sponsoring it to see what is happening. You could also try and look online for the event and see what it says.
