How do you know when Tour Groups come into the library to visit campus? Are we supposed to be aware?

We don't know when Library Tours come through the building and we are NOT supposed to be aware. The Campus Tours are scheduled and run through the Robsham Visitors Center. It is the person who is here for the tours responsibility to be on time for the tour and meet at the Visitors Center or the Campus Center (where tours leave from). It is not our job to keep an eye out for tours because we may be busy helping someone out.
