What is the policy for a patron borrowing a book truck to load books?

As long as they are using the cart in the building and they return the cart to where they found it is fine for them to use it. If they want to take a cart out of the building call the Stacks Management number to make sure it is OK with them. If no one answers that number send them to the LC Desk to ask.
